Semi-intensive course (part-time)
Out of all our German courses, the hybrid semi-intensive course is the most flexible for everyday life and allows the students more time for revision between classes. We offer these two options:
- Afternoon course (8 lessons per week)
- Evening course (6 lessons per week)

Afternoon classes: Mon/Wed or Tue/Thu, 13.30 to 16.40
Evening classes: Mo/Wed or Tue/Thu, 18.00 to 20.10
Lessons per week
Afternoon classes: 8 lessons of 40 minutes
Evening classes: 6 lessons of 40 minutes
If there are less than 4 students registered, our courses go into semi-private mode. The reduced times are listed in the terms and conditions. Lesson content and prices remain unchanged.
Course starts
After taking the assessment test, people with an existing knowledge of German can begin a suitable course every other week, depending on places being available in the class.

Course length
You can choose any course length. A language level (A1, A2, B1, B1+, B2, C1) takes in average 20 weeks to complete in a semi-intensive course.

Zurich or via video link (depending on your preference)
Notice period
1 week to the end of a calendar week
Goethe certificate, course confirmation
Goethe or telc certificate examinations (B1, B2, C1) can be taken after completion of the corresponding level without further preparation. We guarantee that you will pass the examination.
The Bellingua course confirmation will be issued automatically after completing the course.
Money back guarantee
Valid during the first two weeks of the course.
If the student decides to cancel the course at the end of the second week, the course fees will be fully refunded.
Price & additional costs for the semi-intensive course (afternoon and evening)
Course fee
CHF 150 per week (afternoon: CHF 18.75 per lesson | late afternoon & evening: CHF 25 per lesson). Course books are not included.

Approx. CHF 45 per 10 modules (corresponds to 20 weeks semi-intensive course) Books can be purchased from us or simply via this link.

There are no additional costs.
Goethe Certificates
Taking a certificate exam is voluntary, the fees vary depending on the certificate.
