Our language school<\/h1>\n

Our premises are located at the heart of Zurich\u00b4s business district (N\u00fcschelerstrasse 45, 8001 Z\u00fcrich) and within walking distance of the main train station. In the break or after the course<\/a>, our students sit on the banks of the Schanzengraben. Urban, but yet surrounded by nature.<\/p>\n

Quality and sustainability<\/span><\/h1>\n

We rely on natural materials, high-quality equipment and local products when furnishing our premises. Dimmable lighting and fans in every room support a pleasant learning experience. Bellingua is located in a historic building in the centre of Zurich and focuses equally on tradition and modernity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tradition<\/span><\/h2>\n

Our furniture comes from horgenglarus<\/a> – the oldest chair and table manufacturer in Switzerland (since 1880) – and the Swiss family business USM (since 1885). <\/span><\/p>\n

The classrooms are all equipped with comfortable chairs (Safran model) and oak tables (Delta model).<\/span><\/p>\n

Modernity<\/span><\/h2>\n

The lessons are accompanied by three cameras, which gives the students (from all over the world) the opportunity to participate virtually in the lessons – without any loss of the group experience. <\/span><\/p>\n

We also work with digital teaching materials and design our lessons in a holistic mindset.<\/span><\/p>\n

Local<\/span><\/h2>\n

We obtain the organically grown coffee beans, which are produced by small farmers under fair working conditions, from the roasting plant r\u00f6stgrad<\/a> in Kleinandelfingen. <\/span><\/p>\n

With the coffee machine from the Swiss company rex royal (since 1937) we produce fine espressos, cappuccinos, lattes etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hybrid teaching<\/span><\/h1>\n

We have fully integrated the traditional experience of video teaching in our premises and are working with professional and modern studio equipment. Three cameras simultaneously record the room atmosphere, the teacher and the teaching material. Thus course participants connected via video feel like being on site. We use \u201cWhereby\u201d for video conferencing which requires no account and login and works in any modern browser such as Chrome, Safari and Firefox.<\/span><\/p>\n
